Angelic Voices of TATALON Choir

Am I blessed? sometimes or most of the time we always complain to God... why those things happen/happened/happenings to our lives, especially if it is trials and suffereings... but God never promised to us that He will give us a smooth road but rather He challeged us that if you really wanted to follow His footsteps, you will walk in crooked path wherein most of people don't want to go and walk.

To be honest I complain to God so much... I complain about my job, my future, about so many things... But yesterday God comfronted me face to face and told me about those little angels in my front... He told me HOW BLESSED I AM and yet here I am complaining in so many things...

Gawad Kalinga [meaning to give care] is one of the ministry of Couples For Christ and it's true a lot of people's lives transformed this ministry from simple citizens upto the higher people of the society.. you can see those big boss shed their tears in their experienced in Gawad Kalinga and it's tremendous 360 degrees turn-around for some other.

We had this Singaporean sister who invited the Tatalon choir from Quezon City (in front of San Sto.Domingo Church at the back of the ruined building). She shared her experienced with those little angels and she had a vision that one day she will invited those little angles to go to Singapore... and her dream came true...

They organized a mini-concert for this young angels ages from 7-16yrs old and it turned out a very touching night. Those angels are from the families of Gawad Kalinga beneficiaries in Tatalon Quezon City. To be honest I was amazed and really a dropped jaw moment... No words to described with their voices considering they don't have a formal training like UP Madrigals etc... Despite of nothingness in their lives you can feel and see the joy in their voices..

They sang some Tagalog songs and their trade mark ETHIC SONGS wherein you can hear different sounds of animals while singing...

The show started at 8pm and ended past 10pm... I was blessed that night with their golden voices and also I met a new sets of friends as wel,l from Singapore-Nigeria-Colombia... :)

Burol 101

Naranasan nyo na bang umattend ng burol sa probinsya? Ay neng kung hindi mo pa na-try I'm telling you gu-gustuhin mo na lang sumama sa sa naka-burol sa dami ng mga bawal.  Noong nakaburol si tatay dito ko nalaman na ang aking kaalaman tungkol sa burol ay WALA!!! as in ZERO!!! BOKYA!! BETLOG!!! Kaya samahan ninyo akong balikan ang BUROL 101 experience ko sa probinsya. Ang mga pamahiin na talagang hindi ko maisip kung bakit! hahaha! 1.) Bawal mauntog ang patay na nasa kabaog. - For example: Galing punerarya ang patay matapos embalsamo at bihisan, tapos ilalagay na sa bahay para sa burol...habang inaayos biglang maba-bump somewhere ang kabaog ng patay. it's a NO NO Policy. Ay jusme, hindi ko maisip kung bakit bawal. Bakit sensitive ang patay? Maselan at baka mabukulan? Me ganun? Kung kailan natigok saka naguumarte? paki explain! 2.) Bawal kumain ng pagkain na gumagapang. - For example: kalabasa, sitaw and alike. Ay! namatayan na nga choosy pa sa pagkain? Kalo...

EULOGY - Ang huling paalam sa Tatay.

Magandang gabi po sa inyong lahat. Sa mga hindi po nakakakilala sa akin, ako po yung bunsong anak ng tatay na lalaki na nakatira sa Singapore. Sa totoo lamang po, mahirap magsalita sa harapan sa mga oras na ito, siguro marahil ganun po talaga pagdumating ang panahon na naiwan tayo ng mga taong mahalaga sa atin. Nawawalan tayo ng mga sasabihin. Pero ganun pa man, pipilitin kong magbigay ng huling salita para sa tatay mula sa amin ng mga inay, ate vangie, ate ellen, ate pilar at ate irene… kasama ang aming mga asawa at mga anak na maiiwan ng tatay. Dahil mahilig akong gumawa ng mga kwentong buhay sa facebook… siguro magandang gumawa din ako ng kwento para sa tatay. Bibigyan ko ito ng pamagat na: Si Pareng Talino sa mga mata ni Erniebol. Kapag niloloko ko ang tatay at ang inay tawag ko sa kanila ay Pareng Talino at Kumareng Esing at dahil kinalakhan ko din na tawag sa akin ng mga tao dito ay ERNIE kya Ernibol na sabi ng nanay ay Ernibol Pito ang bulbol. hahaha! Pamahiin

Title:Pamahiin Tayong mga Pinoy ang dami-dami nating mga pamahiin na talaga namang mapapaisip ka minsan kung tama ba ito o mali.  Jusme lumaki kmi sa bukid at talaga naman ang mga pamihiin pwede mo ng i-compile at gawing isang libro ng mga hokus-pokus sa sobrang dami.. Alam mo yung mga libro ng mga mangkukulam... parang ganun... pwede mo ng ilagay sa libro sa sobrang dami. Kulang na lang pagumutot ka talagang dapat mayroon na proper timing baka malas ayon sa pamahiin. kaloka!!! hahaha... Pero aminin man natin o hindi ang mga pamahiniin ay isa sa mga naghulma (mold) sa ating pagka-Pilipino. Halina't himay-himayin natin ang ilan sa mga pamahiniin na ating kinalakihan... 1.) Iwasan ng babaeng buntis na umupo sa pintuan o hagdanan dahil mahihirapan daw ito kapag manganganak. Komento: Jusme eh kung di ka talaga naglalakad-lakad at paupo-upo ka lang sa hagdaanan eh talaga namang mahihirapan kang manganak... kaloka!!! galaw-galaw neng!!! wag kang tamad ha! yan ba ang itutur...
